Benefit Easiest Nudes Ever

| BENEFIT EASIEST NUDES EVER* |

So I actually won this in a blog comp agessss ago and still haven’t posted a review. I’ve recently won another set in the range in a recent blog giveaway so now I’ve had a chance to test them both out, it’s only fair I share the outcome.

So this is part of the ‘world famous neutrals’ collection from Benefit. It’s common knowledge that a solid neutal eyeshadow palette is an essential in any makeup-lover’s collection and Benefit have teamed together some complimentary shades in a cute-as-a-button little box. This version I have is ‘Eyenessa’s easiest nudes ever’

It would be cruel to say that I like the packaging on this more than the product itself so I probably love it just as much as the contents.  At first glance, you’d be fooled into thinking this was a book. A small book, but a book nonetheless. They’re certainly very pretty to have out on display and I don’t hide mine away. Opening up the lid, you’re greeted with a collection of 4 powder shadows and 2 little pots of cream shadow. In benefit’s usual quirky style, the shadows are given witty lines as titles, in this set, the shades are:

“call my bluff”
A pale shell which is perfect as a base or a highlighting shade.

“thank’s a latte”
a golden brown with a shimmer, great for the crease.

“pinky swear”
soft matte pink which, although being a powder, still glides on quite creamy.

“quick, look busy”
a matte espresso which is more suited to an evening look.

“rsvp”
sparkling champagne cream- the perfect base for ANY colour.

“no pressure!”
a rich fawn shade, quite similar to thanks a latte but darker and in a creme.

The set also comes with a ‘tips and tricks’ booklet which, when opened, displays a hidden mirror, making this set perfect for travelling. I regularly use the ‘tips and tricks’  included, especially the daytime look which is a perfect simple nude eye.

To be honest, I'm not a big eyeshadow lover but I definitely love this set. From the packaging to the formulas, they're all ideal and have become a staple in my collection.
